High School: Attended Bishop Kelly High in Boise, ID, lettering three years for Coach Darryn Boyd...sophomore season named to the All-Star team in Boise...junior season was an All-Metro second team selection...senior season was first-team All-Metro, runner-up for Idaho State Player of the Year and named team MVP...played club soccer for Boise Alliance in 1997, and for the Boise Nationals from 1998-02...Alliance won State title in 1997, and Nationals won State crowns from 1999-02...1999 and 2001 squads advanced to Regional quarterfinals...captained the State team from 1998-01, was selected to the Regional team in 1998 and went to Cocoa Beach FL, and Costa Rica...was a Regional team alternate in 2000.
SOPHOMORE (2003): Played for the Spokane Shadow of the USL Premier Developmental League...started 11 of 12 appearances and played 1,023 minutes...Shadow went 14-3-1, losing PDL Western Conference semifinal to the Fresno Fuego 1-0...started first 10 matches for Gonzaga prior to suffering a season-ending knee injury against Portland in the West Coast Conference opener. JUNIOR (2004): Played for the Spokane Shadow of the USL Premier Developmental League...started all 11 of his appearances and played 1,020 minutes...scored 2 goals and had an assist for 5 points...Shadow went 11-5-1, tying Cascade for the Northwest Division of the PDL with 34 points, but lost tiebreaker and was seeded No. 2 into Western Conference semifinals...lost semifinal match to Orange County Blue Stars 3-2 in overtime in match played in Fresno, Calif.
